Features of the Clean & Dry Room
This project was both a complex and rewarding challenge. Sovema Group required a cleanroom certified to ISO Class 7 standards, capable of achieving a dew point of -40 °C and a relative humidity of less than 1%. These ambitious objectives demanded a custom design approach and ongoing collaboration with our stakeholders.
Through a seamless synergy between Sovema Group’s technical expertise and our own know-how, the Clean & Dry Room was successfully completed and validated, marking a significant step forward in the client’s specialized production processes.

A custom environment for lithium processing
One of the most innovative aspects of the project was the advanced humidity control. Achieving a dew point of -40 °C represented a significant technological challenge, essential for preventing lithium’s reactivity with air moisture, which could lead to hazardous reactions such as the formation of lithium hydroxide and hydrogen.
Thanks to close collaboration with Sovema Group, we gained valuable operational insights that allowed us to further optimize the adopted solutions. This level of humidity control not only ensures a safe operating environment but also preserves the integrity of materials and components, preventing corrosion and degradation. Such results were made possible through the use of advanced dehumidification systems and the continuous refinement of design processes.
